An alert was issued by the Baltimore County Police Department at around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, advising the community that the agency is investigating possible threats that were made alleging that there were explosive devices placed in each of the district's schools.
Police say that School Resource Officers are working with school administrators to "ensure the safety of all students and staff."
School officials also issued a message to the community advising of the anonymous threats that were sent through email and posted on social media.
This is a developing story.
